Estate Planning and Administration

Heidi counsels clients on succession planning and assists executors and trustees in administering trusts and estates. She meets with each client to understand their family and financial dynamics and goals and then crafts an individualized estate plan. When a loved family member passes away, Heidi counsels her clients in probate and estate administration.  Heidi has earned the   

Certified Estate Planner™ designation through the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners.  

Family Law

Heidi represents parties in divorce and custody matters throughout Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. She negotiates prenuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. 

Experience and Education

Heidi has more than 20 years of experience counseling individuals and businesses. 

Heidi graduated from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University where she was an Articles Editor of The Dickinson Law Review. Following graduation, she was a law clerk for the Honorable James C. Hogan in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. She received her undergraduate degree from Lafayette College where she was a member of the Division I softball team.
